What is the cancellation policy?
	Tickets are charged 48 hours prior to the tasting event. If you cancel your reservation prior to the 48 hours, there is no charge. If you cancel your reservation within 48 hours of the event there will be a $15 processing fee. No show guest tickets are non-refundable.

Are there discounts for group reservations?
	Yes. We offer a 10% discount on all reservations for groups of 8 or more. We will also reserve your group a table(s) at the event based upon availability.

What is the attire for the event?
	All events are business casual. We require that denim or athletic attire not be worn at all venues. *Please note that jackets for men are required and no denim or athletic attire is permitted at our Chicago and Philadelphia venues.

Will I receive my tickets prior to the event?
	No. We do not send tickets to the event to attendees. We will have your name and reservation on our guest list. You will check-in to the event upon arrival. Registration begins at 6:30pm.

What time does the event start and end?
	Registration begins at 7:00pm. We will allow guests into the event after they have checked-in. The event runs from 7:00-9:30pm. The event concludes promptly at 9:30pm.

What time does The Whisky Panel start and end?
	Registration for The Whisky Panel begins at 5:30pm. Opening remarks will begin at 6:00pm and the symposium will run from 6:00 - 7:00pm. Attendees of The Whisky Panel will enter the Extravaganza immediately after the symposium concludes.

Are there any additional costs for The Whisky Panel?
	No, The Whisky Panel is free of charge to paid Extravaganza attendees.
